Can I modify my delivery address?

House no., building no, & street number can be modified. However, you cannot change delivery pin code. These changes are only possible before the order is dispatched from our side.


Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.
However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by going to MY ORDERS section of your account and clicking on CANCEL/RETURN or REPLACE. Rest assured your money will be secured under TRUST PAY policy under which you can return/replace your order* within 6 days of delivery of your order and your money will be refunded back to you as ClearlyCash which you can use the same for purchase at clearlyopticians.com.


Does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

Delivery & Shipping Terms

Shipping & Delivery At the time of placing the order, the Member shall state the full name of the recipient as stated in his / her (recipient's) government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery the recipient shall collect the product, by furnishing any one of the following government approved photo identification card:

1.Ration Card ( should be issued in the name of the Member / recipient );
2.Driver's License;
3.Permanent Account Number (PAN) card;
4.Voter's Identification card; or
5.Passport.

Delivery shall be made by the Company / courier agent only after the photo and name of the recipient is verified and confirmed by them. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package the details of the government photo identification will be noted. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification.

In case the Member wants any other person to receive the delivery on his/her behalf he/she needs to specify details of the same at the point of ordering. All items shall be delivered directly to such person and under any circumstances whatsoever; the Member cannot change the recipient details after the order is processed.

The Member has the option to change the shipping address, before the product is actually shipped. In the event the Member wishes to change the shipping address, he / she has to log-in to his / her user account on the website and click on the "Change Shipping Address" button next to the shipping address and change the address. This "Change Shipping Address" icon will be active only till the order status changes to "Shipped”. Once the order status changes "To Shipped" the "Change Shipping Address", link becomes inactive.

All shipping charges and other local charges shall be borne by the Company. Recipient accepting delivery should carefully examine the package delivered and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with. If the recipient has any concerns after receiving the package, the delivery personnel will not take it back with him. The recipient can contact customer support or place a request for exchange.

The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Company. The Company is not liable to the Customer/recipient for any replacement, under any circumstance, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company/courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Clearlyopticians.com All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member.

Guarantee for delivery made by the Company is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency/errors in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.

We can deliver the products earlier than the mentioned timelines, but we take this extra time to ensure that the product/s you have ordered go through a stringent quality check. We offer both standard delivery & fast delivery options to our consumers. Fast delivery comes with below T&Cs -
1) Fast Delivery is applicable only for prepaid orders.
2) Valid for all power ranges.
3) Delivery timeline starts post prescription confirmation.
4) Mentioned date is tentative and subject to change.<

Shipping Charges & Mode

At Clearly Opticians we always use the best of materials & services. All the products are shipped through Air Cargo for customers who are not in the base area. Base Area is 250 kms in and around our manufacturing plant.
A charge of Rs. 59 will be levied on orders placed via Cash on Delivery option.
Shipping charge of Rs. 90 will be levied on all orders whose net price (excluding tax) is less than Rs. 100.

Terms of Shipping in case of Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

1) Prepaid orders with non-serviceable pin codes are sent through Speed Post.
2) clearlyopticians.com will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
3) Normal delivery & refund schedule will not be applicable for goods sent through Speed Post.
4) In case of prepaid orders with non-serviceable pin codes, returns would have to be initiated by the customers themselves.
*For Rural pin codes served by India Post, the delivery may take up to 12 days.
